How do I choose the right size?
Above furniture, aim for about two-thirds of its width. Use “See it at home” to compare sizes to scale, in one of our rooms or on a photo of your own wall. The size guide covers every format.
Are the masterpieces originals?
No. They are museum-quality reproductions of public-domain works (Klimt, Hokusai, Monet, Van Gogh, Kandinsky…), printed to order from the open-access files that museums publish. Each product page credits the artist, the date, the museum and the image licence; the originals remain in the museums’ collections.
How does a personalised piece work?
Upload your photo and choose a format (portrait 2:3 or 3:4, tall 9:16, square, landscape 3:2 or 4:3, panoramic 2:1), then the frame (no frame, classic frame or floating frame). Check the true-scale preview and send your order. We then confirm your photo with you on WhatsApp, where you also pay the 50% advance required before production; the balance is paid on delivery. Before printing, our team checks the file’s resolution and tells you if it is too low for the chosen size. Your photo is used only to produce your order.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes, anywhere in Morocco. Your order starts as a request: we call you to confirm it before printing, and you pay on receipt. Nothing is paid online. The one exception: for a personalised piece, a 50% advance is required before production, arranged with us on WhatsApp.
What photo resolution do I need?
Ideally allow 40 pixels per printed centimetre, and at least 30. For a 120 × 80 cm piece, a photo of about 4,800 × 3,200 px is ideal, and 3,600 × 2,400 px is still acceptable. Recent smartphones are usually enough: send the original file, uncropped and uncompressed (photos forwarded through messaging apps are often downsized).
Can I see it on my own wall?
Yes. “See it at home” shows each piece to scale, in one of our rooms or on a photo of your wall: give the width of something you know (a sofa, a door, a sideboard) to set the scale. That photo stays on your device. For several pieces, “Compose a wall” helps you arrange the whole group.
Are the Signature works hand-painted?
No. The Signature Collection gathers Murmure Deco’s own decorative works: a flamingo before a golden moon, peacocks, stallions adorned with jewellery, big cats… They are prints made to order, in the size and frame of your choice; the gold accents are part of the printed image.
Do you deliver across Morocco?
Yes. Delivery is free anywhere in Morocco: 24 to 48 hours (1 to 2 business days) to make it once your order is confirmed, then 2 to 4 business days for delivery; for a personalised piece, the lead time starts once your photo and the advance are confirmed. Can I return a piece?
No: every piece is printed to order, just for you, so it cannot be returned or exchanged. If it arrives damaged or is defective, contact us on receipt with photos and we will replace it. See the Damaged delivery page.
No frame, classic frame or floating frame?
All our pieces are printed on canvas, matte and light, stretched on a 3 cm wooden frame. With no frame, the canvas with its printed edges hangs as it is. The classic frame surrounds it with a black wooden moulding, for a clean, classic finish. The floating frame makes it float in a thin black frame with a slight gap all around: the gallery finish.
Are the photos and colours accurate?
Room photos are there to inspire you: some are our own photos of pieces hanging on the wall, others show a work placed digitally in the same rooms. Previews are as faithful as possible, but every screen displays colour its own way. For an important project, write to us before ordering.
Do you offer made-to-measure sizes or trade projects?
Yes: riads, hotels, restaurants, offices, architects and interior designers. Write to us with your wall dimensions and the mood you are after; we will suggest a selection and suitable sizes.
