Terms & conditions of sale
These terms apply to every order placed on the Murmure Deco website.
Seller
Murmure Deco, trading name of [company name], [legal form], [address], RC [number], ICE [number].
Products
Murmure Deco offers three kinds of pieces, all printed to order: works from the Signature Collection, reproductions of public-domain works, and personalised pieces made from the customer’s photo. Reproductions are not originals. Each product page states the size, support and frame and, for reproductions, the artist, date, source and image licence.
Prices
Prices are in Moroccan dirhams, taxes included. Conversions to foreign currencies are indicative.
Ordering and payment
An order placed on the site is a request: it becomes final once confirmed by phone or in writing. No payment is made online; in Morocco, payment is made on delivery. For a personalised piece, a 50% advance is required before production; it is arranged with the customer on WhatsApp, and the balance is paid on delivery.
Personalised pieces
By uploading a photo, the customer guarantees that they own its rights or have its author’s permission, as well as that of any recognisable person, and that it infringes no third-party rights. Murmure Deco checks the file’s resolution before printing, contacts the customer if it is too low, and may refuse a clearly unlawful image. A personalised piece cannot be returned or exchanged, except if damaged or defective.
Intellectual property
Signature Collection works, room photos and the Murmure Deco brand are the property of [company name]; buying a print does not transfer any reproduction rights. Reproductions are of public-domain works, from images in open-access museum collections.
Delivery and damaged products
Delivery zones, lead times and fees are set out on the Delivery page. As pieces are printed to order, they cannot be returned or exchanged; a piece that arrives damaged or is defective is replaced, as set out on the Damaged delivery page.
